Lynn Fricke and business partner Mark Lindow of Bemidji now own the Countryside Restaurant located just west of Bemidji. This family-friendly diner is a popular stop both for locals and travelers. Enjoy breakfast all day, a burger for every day of the week, and classics like walleye and country-fried steak! "Our walleye is local - fresh from Red Lake every week!"
Taking over the Countryside has been a family affair, with two of Lynn's daughters working as servers over the years, and daughter Aimee now helping with marketing the restaurant.
